No. Posting is free, getting bids is free, picking a contractor is free. We never charge homeowners.

No. Nobody gets your name, phone number, or email until you pick a bid. Contractors bid on your project details and photos, not on your contact info. When you pick, that one contractor gets your info. The others never do.

You decide: 3 to 8, set when you post. Bidding stops at your limit, so there is no inbox flood. Bids stay open for 14 days or until your limit is reached.

Local companies whose license we verify against the Oregon CCB or Washington L&I registry before they can bid. Every bid shows the business name, price, availability, and a written pitch.

Then you pick nobody, and your contact info was never shared. No follow-up calls, because nobody has your number. You can let the project expire quietly, or repost it with a sharper scope and budget. You can also decline bids you are not interested in, which frees those spots for new bids without starting over.

Roofing, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, decks, patios, flooring, fencing, windows and doors, and exterior painting. Projects roughly $2,000 and up fit best. We are focused on the Portland metro first, but if you are somewhere else, post anyway: we expand where real projects appear, and we personally recruit bidders for out-of-area projects.

No. This is not an auction. You pick whoever you want for any reason: price, timeline, the way their pitch reads, or not at all.

Bidding is free while we grow the Portland marketplace. Later, placing a bid will cost a small fee that scales with project size. We will never sell leads, and you will never pay for a homeowner who ignores you: fees only apply to bids you choose to place on projects you have read.

The full project: written scope, photos, budget range, timeline, and area. What you don't see is the homeowner's contact info. If they pick your bid, you get their name, phone, and email immediately.

Sign up with your CCB (Oregon) or L&I (Washington) license number. We verify it against the state registry, usually within a day, and then you can bid on projects in your trades and service area.
